Ok, are black opaque tights innovative? No. Chic? Always! I can't live without mine, roughly from the end of September right on through March. I love how they are the perfect vehicle to make spring and summer attire cold weather-worthy! Especially for those of us on tight budgets (ahem, no pun intended), you can revamp pieces you already have, throw in a sweater and scarf and you're ready to go, pumpkin spice latte in hand!
